Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work begins after written acceptance and the agreed advance payment. Scope, timelines and deliverables are as described in the written proposal; changes are quoted separately. Intellectual property in delivered work transfers to the client on final payment. Third-party services (hosting, domains, ad spend, app store fees) are billed at cost unless stated otherwise.
